Our mission is to initiate, motivate, collaborate, educate and create opportunities to INSPIRE individuals to maintain sustainable employment that will secure their families, while making significant contribution to the success of their employer.

Deborah Gunn

Deborah Gunn is a corporate trainer, passionate about healthy relationships, personal and professional development, and leadership.  She is CEO of INSPIRE.  Inspire is an acronym for Inspiration, Networking, Strategy, Purpose, Innovation, Relating and Equipping.  Her company provides coaching, professional development and leadership training.  Her professional background has equipped her with a unique skill set and leadership abilities to relate to various types of people, situations and industries.

Her diverse career includes law enforcement; founding of a non-profit for training and developing youth; an entrepreneurial business that led a community collaboration project to develop affordable housing; technology training for court employees in how to automate and streamline business processes; leading a federal healthy relationship initiative that served over 50, 000 people in Chattanooga.

​

In addition, she has served as a workshop presenter for several Health and Human Services Healthy Relationship workshops; the Tennessee Refocus Workforce Development Conference in 2021: The Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Chattanooga; 100 Black Women of Chattanooga; Scenic City Women’s Network, and Adjunct Instructor for Chattanooga State Community College’s First SETWorks Initiative.

Deborah has provided professional development training in communities across Chattanooga along with in house professional development training for corporations such as McKee Foods, Gestamp, Jeffan International and Boys and Girls Clubs of Chattanooga.

Deborah  is a Certified John Maxwell Trainer and Coach.
